Clone info. Retroviral expression vector of EGFP tagged with the signal sequence from mouse calreticulin (ss) at its N-terminus and FM4 at its C terminus. FM4, 4 x mouse FK506 binding protein 1a (FKBP1A/FKBP12) mutant (Phe-to-Met substitution at amino acid position 37). See Fig. S4 of Hirano, S. et al., Autophagy, 12 (2):312-326, 2016.
