pEGFP-C1-human EVI5 (#RDB15021)

Expression vector of human ecotropic viral integration site 5 (EVI5), fused with N-terminal EGFP, CMV promoter.

Clone info. Expression vector of human ecotropic viral integration site 5 (EVI5), fused with N-terminal EGFP, CMV promoter. This clone is an unregistered variant of human EVI5 on NCBI and contains DNA fragment corresponding 11nt to 2476nt with 13 nucleotides (CAGTCCACATCAG) insertion between 2161nt and 2162nt, which caused frame-shift of protein coding region.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with fluorescence microscope. Known differences compared with NM_001308248.1 (at least) : synonymous substitutions, C to T at 118nt, C to T at 583nt and G to A at 1867nt.
