Alternative name GST-TOP3
Clone info. Bacterial expression vector of GST tagged TAT-ODD-procaspase-3 (TOP3), a fusion protein prodrug containing TAT-PTD, ODD, and procaspase-3 specifically processed and activated in hypoxia‐inducible factor‐active cells. The recombinant protein showed prospective effects in hypoxic cells in vivo as well as in vitro.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor. cDNA fragment 2,046 to 2,216 of NM_001530.3 (HIF1A ODD/3-0) and 264 to 1,097 of NM_004346.3 (CASP3) were cloned. Known differences: T to C substitution at 876 of NM_004346.3 (S205P); T to C substitutuion at 1,061 of NM_004346.3 (V266, synonymous).
