pBabe-hSTING(V155M) (#RDB14355)

Retroviral expression vector of human STING, V155M mutant.

Clone info. Mammalian retroviral vector for expressing human STING (mutation, V155M). The disease (SAVI) patients have a point mutation of STING (V147L, N154S or V155M). These STING variants exhibit a gain-of-function phenotype and are able to stimulate the production of an IFN beta reporter construct.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with western blotting.
