pBabe-hSTING(V147L) (#RDB14353)

Retroviral expression vector of human STING, V147L mutant.

Clone info. Mammalian retroviral vector for expressing human STING (mutation, V147L). The disease (SAVI) patients have a point mutation of STING (V147L, N154S or V155M). These STING variants exhibit a gain-of-function phenotype and are able to stimulate the production of an IFN beta reporter construct.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with western blotting.
