pBabe-hSTING(C88/91S) (#RDB14352)

Retroviral expression vector of human STING, C88/91S mutant.

Clone info. Mammalian retroviral vector for expressing human STING (dual mutation, C88S/C91S). Cysteine residues are the site of protein palmitoylation. The double mutation of Cysteine results in loss of the palmitoylation.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with western blotting.
