Expression was confirmed by the depositor with transfection into MDCKII cells. Please refer Takai, A. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 112 (14): 4352-4356, 2015, (PMID 25831507) for the conditions of luminescence imaging and substrate. Although this clone is constructed on the pEGFP, it doesn't contain the original GFP. ONL contains a portion of hmKusabiraOrange2 provided by Dr. Atsushi Miyawaki, the RIKEN BSI.
