Clone info. | For fusion of td8ox2StayGold to the C-terminus of a target molecule (X) through a Coupler linker: (GGGGS)x3. td8ox2StayGold is an intramolecular dimeric unit that performs as a monomer, and is composed of n1, oxStayGold(Y169F), PT, a 21-residue linker, n1, and oxStayGold(Y169F). n1 is the appendage that facilitates fusions to the N-terminus of oxStayGold(Y169F). PT is the appendage that facilitates fusions to the C-terminus of oxStayGold(Y169F). td8ox2StayGold(c4) encoded by this plasmid DNA follows a Coupler linker: (GGGGS)×3.
