Clone info. A soluble fluorescent marker of the ER lumen. n2 and c4 are the appendages for fusions of the signal peptide from calreticulin and an ER retention signal (KDEL) to the N- and C-termini of oxStayGold, respectively. oxStayGold is a variant of StayGold with two mutations: C174I and C208I. Comment The accession numbers in the DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank databases are LC601652 for StayGold, LC593679 for h-StayGold and LC601653 for oxStayGold.
