For fusion of tdStayGold to the N-terminus of a target molecule (X). tdStayGold is an intramolecular dimeric unit that performs as a monomer, and is composed of n1, StayGold, c4, EV linker, n1, and StayGold. The gene for the former StayGold has been resynthesized with mammalian-preferred codons, and the gene for the latter StayGold has the jellyfish original codons. n1 and c4 are the appendages that facilitate fusions to the N- and C-termini of StayGold, respectively. tdStayGold(c4) encoded by this plasmid DNA is followed by a Coupler linker: (GGGGS)×3.
