Clone info. For fusion of oxStayGold to the N-terminus of a target molecule (X). c4 is the appendage that facilitates fusions to the C-terminus of oxStayGold. oxStayGold is a variant of StayGold with two mutations: C174I and C208I; oxStayGold is well expressed also in the cytosolic fraction as StayGold. Comment The accession numbers in the DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank databases are LC601652 for StayGold, LC593679 for h-StayGold and LC601653 for oxStayGold.
