Clone info. For fusion of oxStayGold to the C-terminus of a target molecule (X). n1 is the appendage that facilitates fusions to the N-terminus of oxStayGold. X-(n1)oxStayGold is required to terminate with the original C-terminus of oxStayGold. oxStayGold is a variant of StayGold with two mutations: C174I and C208I; oxStayGold is well expressed also in the cytosolic fraction as StayGold.
