Clone info. Marker of cholesterol-rich domain of the plasma membrane. Expression vector of perfringolysin theta toxin D4 (domain 4 of theta toxin) of C. perfringens (ABG82518 (protein)) fused with mCherry at N-terminus.
Comment Vector, amplified mCherry was cloned into expression vector pcDNA-DEST40, generating DEST40-mCherry. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with microscopy.
