Clone info. A clone for the IR/MAR gene amplification method. This clone is used for monitoring the gene amplification by observation of GFP fluorescence. This clone contains a destabilized EGFP expression unit, mammalian origin of replication from the Ori beta region downstream of the Chinese hamster DHFR gene, AR1 sequence form mouse Igk intron (MAR) and blasticidine resistance gene.
