Clone info. A clone for the IR/MAR gene amplification method. Co-transfected expression vectors with this clone can be amplified in the transfected cells. This clone contains mammalian origin of replication from the Ori beta region downstream of the Chinese hamster DHFR gene, blasticidin S and hygromycin resistance genes.
