Clone info. Expression vector of fluorescent protein, mito-SRAI (signal-retaining autophagy indicator), fluorescent sensor for quantitative visualizing mitophagy. SRAI is a tandem fusion of YPet and TOLLES, fused with a DNA linker that encodes a triple repeat of the amino acid linker Gly-Gly-Gly-Gly-Ser.
The accession number in the DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank databases is [LC491576]. Ypet was created by introducing mutations into EYFP. TOLLES was cloned by introducing mutations into monomeric Azami Green (MBL). Expression was confirmed by the depositor with fluorescence microscopy.
