PCR cloning: forward primer (5'- ATA ACG CGT TTC AAA TCC CCT GCG TCA GC -3'), reverse primer (5'- ATA AGA TCT AAC AGG CCC GCC CTC CCT -3'). The positions of the transcription start sites were determined using UCSC Genome Browser GRCh38/hg38.
