Clone info. Bacterial expression vecter of mouse eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4A1 (eIF4A1) fragment from Pro19 to C-terminal Ile406 tagged with 6xHis at N-terminus.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with CBB staining. This clone contains a cDNA fragment corresponding to the 177nt to 1343nt of NM_144958.4. Known differences (at least) : G to C substitution at 179nt (P, synonym) ; C to T substitution at 1325nt (N, synonym) ; T to C substitution at 1340nt (I, synonym).
