Clone info. Mammalian expression vector encoding a chimeric NaR between IaNaR and KR2 fused with a membrane targeting signal (TS), eYFP, and ER export signal (ERex) at the C-terminus under CMV promoter.
Comment A portion of the plasmid (TS+eYFP+ERex) was derived from a product provided by Dr. K Deisseroth (Gradinaru, V. et al., Cell 141: 154-165, 2010). Expression was confirmed by the depositor with whole-cell patch-clamp recording. tdTomato is not included.
