Clone info. Expression vector of human SH2-containing inositol phosphatase-2 (SHIP2), fused with N-terminal GFP. cDNA fragment 148nt to 3921nt of NM_001567.3 is cloned.
Comment Full-length human SHIP2 cDNA were obtained by RT-PCR using total RNA isolated from MDA-MB-231 cells. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with immunofluorescence.
Known differences (at least) : C to G substitution at 3395nt ( Ala to Gly).
