Clone info. Expression vector of mouse Synaptotagmin-like protein 1 (Slp1) [Sytl1 in NCBI], fused with N-terminal RFP, CMV promoter.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting. Mainly localizes to the dense-core vesicle in PC12 cell (Fig.1 of Tsuboi, T. Mol Biol. Cell, 17, 2101-2112, 2006).
