Clone info. M-INK, a novel tool for tagging the mature melanosomes. Expression vector of T7- and GST- tagged C terminal half tail region (amino acid residues 879-1100) of the mouse kinesin superfamily protein, member 1C (Kif1c) under the control of the EF1 alpha promoter. Please refer Ishida, M., Sci. Rep. 5, 8238, 2015 (PMID 25649263) for Kif1c-tail domain.
Comment Please refer Fukuda, M. J. Biol. Chem., 277 (14): 12432-12436, 2002 (PMID 11856727) for pEF-T7-GST vector. Expression was confirmed by the deposotor with immunoprecipitation and microscopy.
