Clone info. Genetically-encoded fluorescent calcium sensor cDNA. It encodes a fusion protein of mApple, calmodulin, and the M13 peptide from myosin light chain kinase. By combining this red fluorescent calcium sensor with the green fluorescent calcium sensor, such as G-CaMPs became possible to observe the relationship between two different neural networks.
Comment Coding sequence of EGFP was replaced with R-CaMP1.07 sequence. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with calcium imaging.
