A maximum luminescent wavelength falls 557 nm at pH8 and within a range of 555 to 560 nm over the pH range of 5.5 to 8.0 (Fig. 1 of patent application publication US 2015/0291938 A1). pMALuci2Luc is not expression vector. When the luciferase is expressed in any cells, the cDNA must be transferred to appropriate expression vectors by your own. |
