pMALuci2Luc (#RDB14363)

Green-shifted luciferase of Malaysian Luciola firefly with higher luminous intensity.

Clone info. Green-shifted luciferase of Malaysian Luciola firefly with higher luminous intensity. A maximum luminescent wavelength falls 557 nm at pH8 and within a range of 555 to 560 nm over the pH range of 5.5 to 8.0 (Fig. 1 of patent application publication US 2015/0291938 A1). pMALuci2Luc is not expression vector. When the luciferase is expressed in any cells, the cDNA must be transferred to appropriate expression vectors by your own.
Comment The luciferase gene originated from Malaysian firefly was developed together with Perak State Development Corporation and Nimura Genetic Solutions in conformity with the Convention on Biological Diversity.
Vector backbone pUC19 (Plasmid)
Size of vector backbone 2.7 kb
Selectable markers Amp^r
Gene/insert name Luciola sp2 Luciferase cDNA
