Clone info. Luciferase of Drilaster kumejimensis firefly with higher luminous intensity. A maximum luminous wavelength falls within a range of 564 to 577 nm over the temperature of 25 to 37 centigrade (Fig. 5 of Akiyoshi R, Ogoh K, Suzuki H. 2013. Firefly luciferase. Japan patent publication 2013-74861). pDkumLuc1 is not expression vector. When the luciferase is expressed in any cells, the cDNA must be transferred to appropriate expression vectors by your own.
