Clone info. A C-terminal fragment of mouse MICAL-L2 is introduced into pGEX4T3 which is a GST fusion protein expression vector. GST-MICAL-L2-C works as a trapper of the GTP binding-active forms of Rab8/10.
Expression was confirmed by the depositor with pull down assay. Known differences compared with NM_ 174850.3: C to T (Ile synonym) at 2696nt and T to A (Gly synonym) at 2765nt. Note: This clone has lacI instead of lacIq promoter.
