Clone info. Expression vector of EGFP-tagged mouse Rabin8 mutant; deletion of 32 AA in the Sec2 domain (171-202 AA) and located after the Sec2 domain (300-305 AA), see Fig. 1A and 5A for details. This mutant lost the GEF activity and binding with Rab11.
Comment Reference sequence is NM_001003950.2. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with SEM.
