Comment Reference sequence is S53270. pEF-FLAG is delived from the pEF-BOS vector (J. Biol. Chem., 274 (44): 31421-31427., 1999. PMID 10531343) with FLAG-tag sequence at the upstream of the cloning site. Expression was confirmed by the depositor with immunoprecipitation.
