Clone info. Mammalian expression vector for human SOD1 with EGFP tag at C-terminus. G93A mutation correlating familial ALS.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with Western blotting of transfected mammalian cells using commercially available anti-SOD1 and anti-GFP antibodies, and observation by fluorescent microscope. Known differences (at least): C to T substitution at 187nt (Gly, synonym) of NM_000454.4.
