Clone info. Expression vector of the Cyan Nano-lantern for labeling of lysosome by the rat LAMP1. LAMP1 cDNA fragment 104 to 1324nt of NM_012857.2 is cloned.
Expression was confirmed by the depositor with transfection into MDCKII cells. Please refer Takai, A. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 112 (14): 4352-4356, 2015, (PMID 25831507) for the conditions of luminescence imaging and substrate. Although this clone is constructed on the pEGFP, it doesn't contain the original GFP. CNL contains a portion of mTurquoise2 (CFP mutant) provided by Dr. Joachim Goedhart, the University of Amsterdam. Known difference; substitutions of T to G at 253nt (Asp to Glu), T to C at 715nt (Leu, synonym), respectively.
