See Fig. 4A of Nishioka et al., Dev. Cell 16: 398-410 (2009). The expression vector has a stretch of poly(A). Known differences: G to C substitution at 212 nt (Glu to Asp at 2nd aa). C to A substitution at 477 nt (Arg at 91st aa, synonymous) and XhoI site insertion at the position.
