1-150aa of Tead4 fused to the activation domain of herpes simplex virus VP16. See Fig. 2B of Nishioka et al., Dev. Cell 16: 398-410 (2009). The expression vector has a stretch of poly(A). Known differences: Six histidine (6xHis)-, T7- and Xpress-tags are inserted upstream of the Tead4.
