S112A mutation, deletion of activation domain, Engrailed repression domain. Transfection can be confirmed by GFP. See Fig. 3A of Ota and Sasaki, Development 135: 4059-4069 (2008). Known differences: G to C substitution at 212 nt (Glu to Asp at 2nd aa). C to A substitution at 477 nt (Arg at 91st aa, synonymous) and XhoI site insertion at the position. Myc-tag is inserted downstream of the Yap1.
