Clone info. Bacterial expression clone of an N-terminal CRD of human galectin-9 with a part of linker peptide [119 to 619nt of NM_002308.3 (cds, 119-1090)].
Comment Expression was confirmded by the depositor by affinity purification and SDS-PAGE. Known difference :G to A substitution at 131nt (Gly to Ser) compared with NM_002308.3 , G to A substitution at 7nt compared with Cap binding site of pGEX vector (TAATGTGAGTTAGCTCACTCAT).
