Comment Expression was confirmded by the depositor by affinity purification and SDS-PAGE. Known difference :G to A substitution at 131nt (Gly to Ser) compared with NM_002308.3 , G to A substitution at 7nt compared with Cap binding site of pGEX vector (TAATGTGAGTTAGCTCACTCAT).
