Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: AGGGCTGGAGAACTGAAAGG; reverse primer: AAGAGCACAAGGGTGGACTG. Known difference : Deletion at 46,008,773 to 46,008,778. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
