Clone info. PCR amplified human NFKB2 promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 102394401 to 102395722(NC_000010.11); relatively -177 to +1145, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_001077494.3; relatively -941 to +381, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of XM_017016278.1. Known difference : C to T substitution at 102394926nt of NC_000010.11.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: CTGCGCCAGTCCAGAGTTA; reverse primer: GGAAGGGGCAGGAAAGTTAG. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
