Clone info. PCR amplified human FOSL1 promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 65901742 to 65900422(NC_000011.10); relatively -1354 to -33, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_005438.5; relatively -1216 to +105, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NR_125339.1.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: CTTGGCCTTCCAAAGTGCTA; reverse primer: ATGAAAAGTTCTCGGGCTGA. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
