Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: AGGGGTTTTCCAAACTCAGG; reverse primer: ACTACCCGGCAGGAGAAAAG. Known differences: Compared with NC_000002.12, C to A substitution at 191,015,359nt, insertion of AA between 191,015,243 and 191,015,242nt, T to G substitution at 191,015,207nt, G to A substitution at 191,015,065nt, , G to A substitution at 191,014,834nt and A to G substitution at 191,014,691nt.
