Clone info. PCR amplified human HLA-E promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 30488374 to 30489534(NC_000006.12); relatively -1135 to +26, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_005516.6.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: tctcagcctccagagttgct; reverse primer: catgatcccagcctctgagt. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known differences (at least): Insertion of A before 30,488,837nt of NC_000006.12.
