Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: GGAAACTCCTGATCCCCATC; reverse primer: CTCCTCGACCCTCTTGTGC. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known differences (at least) : 10nt (GTGTGTGTGT) insertion between 73164123 to 73164124nt, and G to T substitution at 73164991nt on NC_000017.11.
