Clone info. PCR amplified human CAV1 promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 116523610 to 116524918(NC_000007.14); relatively -1175 to +134, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_001753.4.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: TGTGACACTTTCCCTGCCATTC; reverse primer: CCGCCAAAGGTTTGTTCTGC. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
