Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: AGGCTGAAGGGGAACAACTT; reverse primer: TTCCGATACCCAGACAGTCC. Known differences (at least): Substitutions C to T at 44,246,588, T to C at 44,246,956, A to G at 44,247,121 as compared with NC_000006.12.
