Clone info. PCR amplified human GADD45A promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 67684030 to 67685254(NC_000001.11); relatively -1171 to +54, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_001924.4.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: CAAAGGAAGGGACTTTTGAAC; reverse primer: GGCCGCACGACACTAATTG. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
