Clone info. PCR amplified human CDKN1A promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 36677551 to 36678753(NC_000006.12); relatively -1128 to +75, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_000389.4.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: atgggagcggatagacacat; reverse primer: ggctccacaaggaactgact. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
