Clone info. PCR amplified human PPP2R4 promoter sequence was inserted into a firefly luciferase vector. Cloned fragment: 129109782 to 129110998(NC_000009.12); relatively -1532 to -315, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_178001.2; relatively -1168 to +49, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of XM_011518834.2.
Comment PCR cloning, forward primer: cttggatcagggacggaag; reverse primer: agagacagctggacggtgac. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
