Clone info. Genetically-encoded fluorescent calcium sensor cDNA. It encodes a fusion protein of EGFP, calmodulin, and the M13 peptide from myosin light chain kinase. The expressed protein has proper conformation at 28 degC but not at 37 degC.
Comment pN1-G-CaMP1.3 encodes an identical amino acid sequence with that of pN1-G-CaMP, but does not have EcoRI or HindIII in its coding sequence.
