Comment NSE promoter (1.8kbp)-SwaI-SV40-A fragment was cloned on SwaI site of pAdex1cw. (NSE: Neuron specific enolase) ClaI site (2653) can be used. Other ClaI sites cannot be digested because of methylation. Produce adenovirus by COS-TPC method.
