Comment PCR cloning, forward primer, 1977 F2: 5' tgaagatggaccaagcctgtcacct 3'; reverse primer, 1977 R2: 5' cacatggtcctcctggcctaacctg 3'; Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Promoter activity has not been analyzed.
