Comment PCR cloning, forward primer, F6PB0046F: 5' aagcttttaccatggtaacccctgg 3'; reverse primer, F6PB0046R: 5' ctgcagccaaacacagctgtgctc 3' Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known difference (at least) : 1nt (G) insertion between 101126425 to 101126426nt.
