Comment PCR cloning, forward primer, 1889F-SpeI: 5' gactactagtcaattctgaatcctgccttttgcac 3'; reverse primer, 1889R-SalI: 5' gactgtcgacctcggcgtcactttgctacctg 3'. Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed. Known differences (at least) : T insertion between 136,120,598 and 136,120,599 of NC_000002.12 ; C to T substitution at 136,120,697 of NC_000002.12.
